Ban-hammer for MonkeyParking too

I'm intrigued by the idea of MonkeyParking. It seems to encompass all that is wonderful and awful about the internet.

I can't see it actually being a great idea in reality, since it involved selling a parking space that you don't really own and using your phone while driving. Considering this video from New Zealand of road rage following a car park being taken from someone who considered it theirs.

It looks like San Francisco has now come down on MonkeyParking with a cease-and-desist. Not sure what that will mean in reality but it's probably not good. Although I guess Uber has been on the wrong side of regulation a number of times and it hasn't hurt them.
